At Two Hearts Counseling, a client is not perceived as a “walking diagnosis,” but rather, as a reflection of the Trinity. You can expect a counseling experience that is based upon this fundamental truth - one that helps you to believe that even amidst your current struggles, you absolutely continue to reflect the image of God and you ARE lovable.

Perhaps you're facing depression, anxiety or anger issues. Many people who come to counseling will say "I'm depressed" or "I am anxious" or "I am always angry." But that's not WHO you truly ARE. You may feel depressed, experience anxiety or get angry at times, but Two Hearts Counseling recognizes that a person's identity can't be reduced to the trials they face. You ARE more than these issues - these "somethings" - that threaten to define you.

Rather, you ARE someone created for greatness by the God who sees you as His masterpiece.
Pope John Paul II once said:

Two Hearts Counseling integrates sound psychological practice with an understanding of the human person that is rooted in Christian anthropology. At Two Hearts Counseling, clients will encounter a safe place where they can be challenged to take an honest look at whatever may be holding them back from accepting the Father's love.
