Couples: Premarital & Marriage Counseling
One of the greatest ways we both experience and reflect the love of God in our daily lives is through our relationships - especially within the intimate love shared between those who are dating, engaged or married. However, the initial process of two individuals becoming one and the perpetual reality of unity within the vocation of marriage is often more difficult than first imagined.

Whether you are about to enter into the sacrament of marriage or have already been married for 15 years, marriage itself requires a constant discovering and deepening in knowledge of not only your spouse, but also of yourself.
To assist couples in this beautiful process of vulnerably exploring both self and beloved, Two Hearts Counseling is pleased to offer both premarital and marital assessments using the renowned PREPRARE/ENRICH program. For over thirty years, PREPARE/ENRICH has led the way in helping over 30,000 couples to explore and strengthen their relationships. The main component of the program is comprised of a 30-45 minute online survey that both partners complete. Yet PREPARE/ENRICH is not just any survey. Rather, the items you respond to are based on empirical research, and are intended to help you identify the unique strengths and potential growth areas of your premarital or married relationship.
Once a couple has completed the questionnaire, they will then meet with either of our two therapists (who are both certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitators) for a minimum of 8 feedback sessions which are customized towards addressing each couples' individual needs. The accompanying PREPARE/ENRICH workbook provides concrete exercises for couples to use both in and out of session, equipping couples with practical tools to enhance their relationship.
